In just 4 short sections, Shopping, Buying, Building, and Home Ownership, you'll get a full breakdown of what it's like to build with us, from your first home search to long after you've moved in.

Each section ends with a few quick questions to check your understanding, and when you complete the course, you'll not only walk away with a clear understanding of the process, you'll also earn a $1,500* buyer credit you can apply towards your new Summit home.

*Credit system for attending classes is only available for those not yet under contract. Credits to be applied by home purchase within 60 days of THE course completion date. Credits cannot be transferred to another person or given away. Credits to be applied at time of closing as builder credits, not off purchase price of home or options. Attendance of class in its entirety IS required to obtain maximum credit. Max credit usage of $1,500. Classes cannot be repeated for additional credits.
